East Texas gathering assets gather, compress and process sour, full, well-stream
Smackover gas production. Natural gas produced from the Smackover formation
contains high levels of hydrogen sulfide that can be processed into merchantable
sulfur. The gathering systems are connected to processing and treating
facilities that include sulfur removal units. Our Eustace processing plant
removes hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and nitrogen from the natural gas
stream, recovers NGLs and condensate, delivers pipeline quality gas at the plant
outlet and produces sulfur.
