Regency is committed to operate in a safe and responsible manner that respects the environment, the health of our fellow employees, their communities, the public, our customers, contractors and visitors.

In addition we comply with all laws and regulations and set higher standards for ourselves and our contractors where unacceptable risks are identified. We support pollution prevention by incorporating economic success, and environmental excellence into our decision-making process. We measure and assess our EHS performance, and are open and transparent in our communications. We are all accountable for conforming with and implementing our EHS policy.

We have implemented procedures to ensure that all governmental environmental approvals for both existing operations and those under construction are updated as circumstances require.  We believe that our operations and facilities are in substantial compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations and that the cost of compliance with such laws and regulations will not have a material adverse effect on our business, results of operations and financial condition.
