Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) is one of our top priorities. While Regency’s EH&S procedures ensure we comply with all laws and regulations, our goal, and the goal for our contractors, is to strive to surpass the standard. We work closely with local, state and federal agencies to ensure our facilities and operations meet or exceed regulatory requirements. In addition, we incorporate economic success and environmental excellence into our decision-making processes.
We are committed to operating our assets as safely as possible, and our Total Reportable Incident Rate is well below average for the industry, which is a testament to the hard work of our employees and contractors.
Regency supports the nationwide One-Call system. Using One-Call prevents accidents, injuries and saves lives. Before beginning a project that requires excavation or digging, call your state One-Call center or the North American One-Call Referral System at (888) 258-0808 first. The One-Call center will notify local utilities and companies who operate underground facilities about your project, and if necessary, the utility or company will send a representative to your site to locate any underground utility/pipeline and clearly mark the route.
